You Sowed It & You Will Reap It!

Don’t Be Misled: No One Makes A Fool Of God. Whatever You Plant Is What You'll Harvest ! (Galatians 6:7 MSG) The scripture above is both a warning and an encouragement. The beginning teaches us in the original text, “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked.” Mocking the Lord includes laughing or sneering at His commandments and being arrogant and proud toward Him. Some people think that if they don’t believe in God, it doesn’t matter what the Bible says, but whether spiritual principles are accepted or denied, they apply to everyone. Every choice we make has a consequence, so you must ask yourself the question, “What am I sowing? You are sowing something. What is it? You will harvest exactly what you’re sowing. What you put in is what you will get out. Many only think naturally, as it relates to sowing and reaping, but if you are not regular in public worship; if you do not spend time daily in the word and prayer; if you do not practice tithing and sacrificial giving; if you do no...

Christ’s Treasure is In You!

Our bodies are made of clay, yet we have the treasure of the Good News in them! This shows that the superior power of this treasure belongs to God and doesn't come from us! (2 Corinthians 4:7 GWT) This verse teaches us that we have the treasure of the Good News in us. The Good News is the Word of God. John 1:1 teaches us, “in the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was God Himself.” Because you have the Word of God in you, you have God Himself in You. Christ is the treasure in us that gives us the hope and power we need. To look at some of us, one might think we’re weak, reserved and unable to make significant contributions toward the building of God’s Kingdom. They may in turn persecute, discourage and measure us by the success of worldly standards, but much like ants, we are more than meets the eye. Some of the weakest individuals, the smallest among the greatest, have been the chosen vessels for God’s work such as: Moses a terrible public speaker who God used to lead ...

You’re Blessed & Highly Favored By God!

God Has Blessed, No Man Can Curse ! (Numbers 23:20) 2 Peter 1:2 teaches us, grace and peace is ours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord! Peace is the word “shalom” in Hebrew. Its definition includes wholeness, health and prosperity. God desires His best for you at all times and in all circumstances. In life, when we get wrapped up in our trials, shortcomings and imperfections, we can easily lose focus, but during those times know that if God is for you and no one can be against you. (Romans 8:31) When somebody tries to curse you, or in other words, when somebody does you wrong, you got a bad break, you’ve gone through an unfair situation or it looks like you have a foggy future, know what God says about you! Keep yourself in step with Him, knowing that His blessing overrides the curse and that He has good thoughts for you, thoughts of peace and not disaster to give you hope for your future! (Jeremiah 29:11) God’s Word To You : "From eternity to eter...

You Have Power In Jesus’ Name!

Praying in Jesus’ name is so powerful, because it gives us unlimited access to our all-powerful God! In John 16:23-24 Jesus teaches His disciples and He speaks to us today when He says, “And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full!” What do you have to ask of our Lord today? Not only will God give you what you ask for in Jesus’ name, but you will walk in joy that overflows! Today you have authority over what you’re facing, you have access to God’s healing power, you have power over sin and death, supernatural provision etc…, because God has all-power, you have the power, in Jesus’ name! God’s Word To You : “If you ask anything in My name I will do it!” (John 14:14) Pray This Prayer With Me : Father, thank You for the power and provisions You have given to me by asking in Your name. I give You all the gl...

Forget Those Things Which Are Behind, So You Can Reach Forward To Those Things Which Are Ahead! (Philippians 3:13)

Forgetting those things which are behind is maybe one of the greatest challenges we can face in life. I believe the greatest challenge in forgetting those things which are behind is the sense of feeling like you’re leaving a piece of yourself behind, another person behind, a place that is hard to let go of or maybe even something of value that you may feel is invaluable etc… During those situations beloved, trust God. He won’t allow you to miss out on His best for you, He will restore anything the enemy stole from your life and He may even restore relationships with people who walked away from you or people He told you to walk away from. Our job is not to wonder what could’ve, should’ve or what will be. Our job is to trust and obey God. Be confident, when we are in obedience to the Word of God, if God decides to restore those things which are behind, they become even greater in our future. It won’t easy, but more times than not, you have to go through those uneasy times to get to stron...

The Humble Will Be Exalted! (Luke 14:11)

If you walk around with your nose in the air, you’re going to end up flat on your face. But if you’re content to be simply yourself, you will become more than yourself! (Luke 14:11 MSG) The message is simple: God loves to lift the humbled to greater things, but He has no problem bringing down the proud. You can have God’s supernatural power flowing through you to accomplish His will through you or you can have God’s power hindering you and stopping you from accomplishing your agenda in life. A proud person is independent, self-sufficient, self-seeking and self-exalted and that person is certain to face resistance from God in life. A humble person relies on God for strength, direction and wisdom and considers the needs of others even before their own. A humble person also realizes that God’s plan must be followed and that their own plan falls short of God’s glorious plan. Jesus Christ displayed humility when He lowered Himself and took on the form of a servant. (Philippians 2:7) Jesu...

All Of Our Help Comes From The Lord!

I Lift Up My Eyes To The Hills—Where Does My Help Come From? My Help Comes From The Lord, The Maker Of Heaven And Earth ! He Will Not Let You Fall; The One Who Watches Over You Never Sleeps! (Psalm 121:1-2) The Psalmist David lifted up his eyes to the hills and asked, “Where does my help come from? he answered, “My help comes from the Lord”—not from the hills, but from the God who made the hills. As David reminded himself, there are times we too have to remind ourselves. David reminded himself that God is a mighty Creator over all the problems of life and that God never sleeps! While we’re sleep, God is watching over us. God is working for us around the clock. God does not take days off. It’s easy to allow feelings of discouragement and loneliness to take control of our lives during life’s greatest struggles, but no matter what struggle we face, we must find comfort in our God who never changes. His Word is ... true, His strength and power are real! He has just what you need to make i...
