Hold On A Little While Longer—Greater Is Coming!

Those Who Trust In The LORD Will Renew Their Strength; They Will Soar On Wings Like Eagles; They Will Run And Not Grow Weary; They Will Walk And Not Faint! (Isaiah 40:31) One of the hardest moments in life is the space between believing God’s promise and receiving the fulfillment of that promise. When things don't go according to our plans, it’s normal to feel disappointment, but we must be careful not to lose confidence in God’s promises based on the way we feel. (Hebrews 10:35) Satan desires to fill our minds with negative thoughts and emotions that cause us to feel down, discouraged, and he tries to pull us down spiritually, emotionally, financially and in every way he can. But Jesus is our LORD, a shield around us, the lifter of our head! (Psalm 3:3) Jesus came to give us righteousness, peace and joy on the Holy Spirit! (Romans 14:17) During dark, hard times of waiting—hold tight to God’s promises. Believe you will see the goodness of the LORD! (Psalm 27:13 GWT)  Believe the difficulty you’re experiencing the tears you’ve cried are temporal, because joy is coming! (Psalm 30:5) I encourage you to celebrate the accomplishments, the many blessings and have the attitude that says, “No matter what, I believe greater is coming!”

“I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for!" (Jeremiah 29:11 MSG) ~ God

Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, thank You for every true and sure promise You’ve given to me that I can hold on to while waiting. I choose to believe, regardless of the challenges, knowing You’re going to work everything out for my good and Your glory. (Romans 8:28) I humbly pray, in Jesus' name, amen. Have a great day a greater weekend! Never forget, in all circumstances, God loves you and you are extremely valuable and important in God’s eyes! In His service, Jacob...

God Is Able To Make Every Grace Overflow To You! (2 Corinthians 9:8)

His Favor Lasts A Lifetime! (Psalm 30:5) Every follower of Christ should have an understanding of the word grace. Grace is unmerited favor.  Unmerited means: undeserved, unfair or unearned. If we had to earn grace, we could lose it and some may never get it in the first place. If some way we received salvation because of what we’ve done, it wouldn’t be grace. (Ephesians 2:4-9)  It would be fair wages or a rightful reward. Think of a moment of when you were in a difficult place or maybe you're in one now. You thought you might lose it, but had the peace and comfort through Christ that surpassed all understanding! (Philippians 4:7) You were going through, yet your heart and mind was intact. When people around you were going under, by some miracle God held you together. Your strength came from Grace! (2 Corinthians 12:9) God not only gave you grace to strengthen you, but He gave you grace to prosper you in every area you have a need! (2 Corinthians 9:8) I encourage you, whether you’ve been living in victory or defeat to rest in the grace God has given you today! (Lamentations 3:22-23)

“In the time of favor I will answer you. In the day of salvation I will help you. I will protect you. I will appoint you as my promise to the people!”(Isaiah 49:8) ~ God

Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, the more I understand what You’ve done for me, apart from anything I could have ever done, the more I am convinced of my own helplessness. I’m forever grateful of Your everlasting promises and I rest in the grace You’ve given to me. I humbly pray, in Jesus' name, amen. Have a great day! Never forget, in all circumstances, God loves you and you are extremely valuable and important in God’s eyes! In His service, Jacob...

Put It In God’s Hands—He Can Work It Out!

Give All Your Worries And Cares To God, For He Cares For You! (1 Peter 5:7 NLT, Matthew 6:34 MSG) Every day, we have to decide who’s going to be in control of our lives. Proverbs 3:6 GWT teaches, “In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths smooth.” Daily seeing God’s absolute power and control over every detail of our lives develops within us unshakeable confidence. God is able to do just what He pleases—He is Sovereign!  Nothing takes Him takes Him by surprise—He is Omniscient!   Nothing overwhelms Him—He is Omnipotent! Whatever is happening in your life, no matter how difficult—It’s not out of control.  As long as it’s in God’s hands—The God who loves you is controlling it! (Jeremiah 29:11) God is on His throne where He always has been and always will be—He has guaranteed He will work everything out for your good and His glory! (Romans 8:28) I encourage you to rest in God’s promises.

Let go of your concerns! Then you will know that I am God. I rule the nations. I rule the earth.” (Psalm 46:10 GW) ~ God

Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, give me the strength and courage I need to let go of whatever I’m holding on to. Thank You that as I place my life in Your hands, I will experience the peace, joy, victory and blessings that are my inheritance in Christ Jesus! I humbly pray, in Jesus' name, amen. Have a great day! Never forget, in all circumstances, God loves you and you are extremely valuable and important in God’s eyes! In His service, Jacob...

I Have Never Seen The Righteous Forsaken Or Their Children Begging Bread! (Psalm 37:25)

The Psalmist David speaks to God’s people in the Psalm 37 when He says, “I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.” If we read further, David tells us, “Their children will be a blessing.” Righteousness in short means, “Good standings with God.” Romans 4:3 tells us, “Abraham believed God and God counted him as righteous because of his faith." My point is: seeking God’s way by faith is the first step to living in a way that God will not only bless you, but because of your obedience—your child(ren) will be a blessing. If you have a heart to be on the right path, your ears ought to perk up when the Word of God says, “He leads me in paths of righteousness.” Psalm 23:3 Literally it means—paths that lead to joy, peace, blessing and favor. I encourage you to continually make the choice daily to align and position yourself by seeking the kingdom of God, so that in all things at all times, you will have all that you need! (2 Corinthians 9:8 NIV)

“I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for! (Jeremiah 29:11) ~ God

Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, I believe and trust the path of righteousness You have planned for me and I want You to order my every step. (Psalm 37:23) Thank You for the promise of Your presence, guidance, joy, peace, blessing and favor for my children and I. I humbly pray, in Jesus' name, amen… Have a great day! Never forget, in all circumstances, God loves you and you’re extremely valuable and important in God’s eyes! In His service, Jacob...

Encourage Each Other Even More As We See The Day Of The LORD Coming! (Hebrews 10:25)

In the book of Hebrews 10:24-25, the writer points out we should find ways to stir up one another to love and good works—encouraging one another. The writer made it clear that this process starts not by expecting others to do for us, but by considering how we may lovingly call out and challenge others to love and good works. As we hold each other accountable, we not only share with each other how we’re doing or of God’s greatness in us, but we also push each other to do better! (Genesis 4:9, Revelation 12:11) We do not always have to agree with one another, even if a person doesn’t act respectfully. However as Christians, we’re instructed in Hebrews 3:13 to encourage each other daily, while it is still called today, so that no one is hardened by sin's deception. I encourage you to take just a minute out of your day each day to offer someone a word of encouragement; they may need it more than you know. You sow it today; it will come back someday soon! (Galatians 6:7)

“In this world you have tribulation, trials, distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage]! I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you!]”(John 16:33 Amp) ~ God

Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, I ask that you daily touch my heart with the power of encouraging love. May Your life reflect through me as I seek to encourage others to keep the faith, to stand firm, to be kind, to be generous, to put others first and to build each other up. I humbly pray, in Jesus' name, amen. Have a great day and a great week! Never forget, in all circumstances, God loves you and you are extremely valuable and important in God’s eyes! Trust God’s Plan!

I Know The Plans That I Have For You.  They ‘re Plans For Peace & Not Disaster—Plans To Give You A Future Filled With Hope!” (Jeremiah 29:11 GWT)  ~ God

God always has great plans for the future of those who are His. God’s plans for us are based in love immediate and eternal for our total well-being. (John 3:16) His plans for us are not for disaster or evil. Just because you experience troubling times or you’re exposed to evil, doesn’t mean God has changed His mind about you or He’s mad at you. 1 Peter 5:8 NLT instructs us to, “Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith.” Although we may experience difficulty while walking in God’s plans, God’s plans take us away from evil, using our problems for our promotion, while working everything out for our good! (Romans 8:28) I encourage you to trust God has begun a good work within you and He will continue His work, until it’s finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns! (Philippians 1:6)

“I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for!” (Jeremiah 29:11 MSG)  ~ God

Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, no matter what I may feel or whatever I may face today, I can expect You are working for good in all of it. LORD, I ask that You order my steps forward in faith, trusting You in all things and seeking to cooperate fully with Your plans for me. I humbly pray, in Jesus' name, amen. Have a great day and a great weekend! Never forget, in all circumstances, God loves you and you are extremely valuable and important in God’s eyes! In His service, Jacob...

After You’ve Done All You Can—Stand!

The LORD Is Fighting For You! So Be Still! (Exodus 14:14 GWT) This scripture speaks to us when it says, “The LORD Is Fighting For You! So Be Still!” As you face the battles of life by faith trusting God, nothing built or intended for you or against you or your family will succeed. (Isaiah 54:17 NKJV) Why? After you’ve heard the word, prayed, standing in faith believing—then you should keep a watchful eye on the LORD to save! (Exodus 14:13 GWT) Although it may seem like the enemy is winning the battle for a while, you may have experienced sickness, a job cut, a wayward child, an emotional roller coaster—in the end you will get the victory, because God is a guaranteed Victor!

“I, the LORD your God, hold your right hand and say to you, 'Don't be afraid; I will help you!” (Isaiah 41:13 GWT) ~ God

Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, thank You for being Jehovah Jireh—my provider, Jehovah Rapha—my healer, Jehovah Shamma—You are with me, Jehovah Gibbor—The LORD Mighty In Battle! I surrender all to You this day and I put my life and trust in You alone, knowing victory is mine, because You have won the victory! (John 16:33) I humbly pray this prayer, in Jesus' name, amen! Have a great day! Never forget, in all circumstances, God loves you and you are extremely valuable and important in God’s eyes! In His service, Jacob...
