“I WILL SAY!” meaning, “I won’t be quiet or ashamed as it relates to my faith!” (Ps. 91, Rom. 10:11) By faith, speaking/declaring, “God is my Refuge and Fortress,” releases the power of God into your circumstances! Every word you speak carries with it, either life or death. (Pro. 18:21) The question is, What do you believe and voice, when test and trails are present? When you’re given a bad report, is God still Jehovah Rapha, your healer? (Ex. 15:26, Ps. 147:3) When the bank account is in the negative or the 401K is diminishing, is God is still Jehovah Jireh, your provider?
