Don’t Get Worked Up About What May Or May Not Happen Tomorrow! God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes! (Matthew 6:34 MSG) If we took a moment to think about the things we worried about in the past month or even the last couple of days, statistically only 8 to 10%  at most came to past. None of the worrying made the circumstances better; however, worrying can lead to high anxiety, which can trigger physical illness .
