Today we remember and proudly honor our brave men and women in uniform, for their service and ultimate sacrifice, to ensure our freedom. May their sacrifices and lives be honored today and everyday—may we never forget their service! To the soldiers on the battlefields and those who have served, Thank You! I pray continued safety to you and your family.
We know what real love is, because Jesus laid down His life for us. So we also ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need, but shows no compassion—how can God’s love be in that person? Dear friends, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions. (1 John 3:16-18)
Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, thank You for becoming the first example, so we may enjoy the peace and freedom we have today! (Romans 5:7-8) I ask that You bless every soldier and comfort the families and loved ones who lost soldiers who so bravely fought for our peace and security.
