Those Who Trust In The LORD Will Renew Their Strength; They Will Soar On Wings Like Eagles; They Will Run And Not Grow Weary; They Will Walk And Not Faint! (Isaiah 40:31 HCSB) The King James Version teaches, “They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength!” Test and trials in the life of a Christian is not a wasted experience. Times of testing prove the realness of our faith in Christ. (Hebrews 11:1, 2 Corinthians 5:7, 2 Corinthians 4:18) The good news is, every day and every moment needs God’s signature of approval and if God wasn’t going to use our difficulty for our good, He wouldn’t have allowed it to happen. (Romans 8:28) Psalm 25:3 teaches, “No one who waits for the LORD will ever be put to shame.” So how do we wait? We wait standing on God’s everlasting promises, we wait in humility, knowing the humble will be lifted up and we wait encouraged, knowing our God is forever faithful in keeping us and keeping His promises! (Hebrews 10:23, Matthew 23:12, Psalm 27:14)
