Death And Life Are In The Power Of The Tongue! (Proverbs 18:21)

Words Kill, Words Give Life; they're either poison or fruitful—you choose! (Proverbs 18:21 MSG) Many do not realize how powerful their words can be. Hebrews 4:14 AMP teaches us to “hold fast our confession [of faith in Him]” Confession means, to say the same thing in agreement with God’s Word. James 3:5-6 clearly describes the destructive nature of the human tongue; although the tongue is a small part of the body, it can set a forest ablaze; it can set fire to one’s course of nature, ultimately leading to one’s own destruction. That’s why it’s so important for us to learn how to speak the Word of God and not just say things based on what we see or our feelings. It’s self-defeating to go around saying things like, “I’ll never get out of debt, I’ll always be sick, I can never do better than this, I’ll always be single and alone and the list goes on and on…” Change your language—change your life! From defeat to victory, “My God shall supply all my needs—Philippians 4:19, By His strips I am healed—Isaiah 53:5, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me—Philippians 4:13, My virtuous woman or my Boaz is on the way—Proverbs 31:10-31, Ruth Chapters 2-4!” No matter the struggle, sickness or dilemma, allow God’s Word to grow in you, speak it out of you and watch God move for you!

"If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish and it will be done for you!” (John 15:7) ~ God

Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, I invite You into my thought pattern, so I can have a renewed mind—the mind of Christ. (Philippians 2:5) Let the words of my mouth, the meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight, my LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer! (Psalm 19:14) I humbly pray, in Jesus' name, amen. Have a great day and a great weekend! Never forget, in all circumstances, God loves you and you are extremely valuable and important in God’s eyes! In His service, Jacob...
