Consider It Pure Joy, My Brothers And Sisters, Whenever You Face Trials Of Many Kinds! (James 1:2-4 NIV)

As God’s children, we’re going to experience trials and afflictions and there are many choices we can choose when hard times come. We can choose to become angry at God for allowing the trial or affliction. We can become discouraged and give up. We can lose hope and miss the lesson and the blessing we can teach and become to others in similar situations—or we can choose to be joyful. James the 1st chapter reminds us to choose joy. Not joy for the trials, but joy for what those trials will produce. Trials deepen our faith in God, so we can contain the harvest God has promised and in that harvest there is no lack! (James 1:4) There will be more room to receive physically, financially, relationally, emotionally, spiritually, where there wasn’t before! I encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus, do not despise your past or small beginnings, forget what people say, people will say it anyway—just remember what God has said! (Jeremiah 29:11)

"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, lie and say all kinds of evil things about you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, because you have a great reward in heaven!” (Matthew 5:11-12) ~ God

Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, forgive me for the times I was so distracted by trials and afflictions that I missed the chance of being joyful. Thank you, for being my joy in the midst of my trials and my peace in the midst of my storm. I give you alone all the glory and I humbly pray, in Jesus' name, amen. Have a great day! Never forget, in all circumstances, God loves you and you are extremely valuable and important in God’s eyes! In His service, Jacob...
