In the midst of heartbreak, sickness, the economy, job insecurity, financial difficulty, relationship difficulties, when things get tough etc… it’s easy to become weary and wonder how can something good come out of such a distressing situation? (Romans 8:28) As Jesus spoke over 2,000 years ago, He speaks to us today when He says, “Stop looking at all that threatens you and focus on God. Do not look for a way out of difficulty and challenge, but seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and God will give you everything you need!” (Matthew 6:33) Whether it’s comfort, healing, a job, wealth, a companion or good success etc… If your trust is in the Shepherd, you will not lack anything; God will supply your every need!

Pray this prayer with me: Father, as I seek You and Your kingdom daily, I pray the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart are continually acceptable to You.
