When “You’re” Weak, Then “You’re” Strong! (2 Corinthians 12:10)

The Lord God Is Our Strength ! (Habakkuk 3:19 AMP) No one can escape the pressures of life and only God knows every detail of the roads we travel, everything that has happened and everything that will happen along the way. Everyone needs the Lord and we’re nothing without Him. The sooner we as humans learn this truth—the more we will experience His power and strength. Our strength is not within ourselves or our ability, our jobs, our health, our money, our family, our homes, because those things will fail us at some point; however our strength is in Christ who has everlasting strength. (Philippians 4:19)  Isaiah 40:29-31 teaches, “He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.”   We can learn this wisdom the easy way or the hard way—we can continue living struggling our way through life in our own will or we can choose to run to God’s embrace and receive His strength and power during times of weakness. There is an unlimited greatness of Go...

God Keeps His Promises! (Deuteronomy 7:9)

Many of the life’s greatest lessons come from time spent with God in the fires of affliction. During those moments, satan will try and attack the mind to keep you living in hopelessness with thoughts of fear, anger, loneliness and with the overwhelming question: “Where is your God now? John 8:44 says, “[Satan] is a liar and the father of lies.” He cannot tell the truth, but “it is impossible for God to lie.” God is truth! (Hebrews 6:17–18 ESV) Every word God speaks is truth, so you have to cast down those vain imaginations satan tries to cloud your mind with and believe God keeps His promise and He won’t fail you! (2 Corinthians 10:5) God will work it all out for your good! (Romans 8:28) You have a future and a hope! (Jeremiah 29:11) Even though the mountains slip into the sea, the waters roar and the mountains quake, God is your refuge, your strength and a very present help in trouble! (Psalm 46:1–2) I encourage you to rest in the faithfulness of God and allow His unbrea...

Keep Looking To Jesus The Author & Finisher Of Your Faith! (Hebrews 12:2 NLT)

God Made Us And We Are His. We Are His People And The Sheep In His Care ! (Psalm 100:3) If we’re walking by faith and resting in the promises of God, Satan cannot distract us. We remain confident in what God has promised to do and His purpose to bring good out of any trial! (Romans 8:28) We’re not failures, we’re never quitters—we’re victors and trophies of God’s grace that are set on display as a fragrant reminder of God's goodness! (2 Corinthians 2:14) God will plead your case! (Romans 8:34) God will heal your body! (Isaiah 53:5) God will restore your brokenness and bring wholeness out of loss! (Isaiah 61:3) I encourage you to remain confident and remind you that God has begun a good work within you and He will continue His work, until it’s finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns! (Philippians 1:6) God’s Word To You : "Pray all the time and never give up!" (Luke 18:1) "I will not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake or let you down! (Hebrews...

God Is Able—He Specializes In The Impossible!

God Is Able To Do Above & Beyond Anything We Can Ever Ask, Think Or Imagine ! (Ephesians 3:20) Some of the hardest moments in life are the periods between believing God’s promise and receiving the fulfillment of that promise. That period when waiting on the test results and you’ve prayed, fasted and quoted scriptures, yet still can’t help but be uneasy. Awake when you should be sleeping and sleepy when you should be awake. The period between the many interviews and the call to say, “You’ve got the job.” During those periods we must walk by faith and hold tight to God’s promises—knowing God is faithful! God has made promises for you that are bigger and better than your current circumstances. He knows one day you’ll be joyful and look back at this and say, “Thank You God for allowing me to go through that, because You knew just what You were doing the entire time!” You may not know when God will make what seems to be impossible possible, but you can be sure He can and He will. I enc...

Count It All Joy!

James 1:4 ESV teaches to “Count it all joy, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” Steadfastness means to be committed, dedicated, persistent, loyal and faithful. All of which should be common in the life of a believer, which produces perfection and completion. Let me explain, because of course there will always be critics, that say, “no one is perfect.” Critics who are also known as opponents, enemies, faultfinders, etc.—must see Christ in you. Perfect in this scripture means “mature.” Being joyful and endurance of trials produces followers of Jesus who are spiritually “grown up.” Those who know you best will still recognize that you are fully human and capable of various shortcomings and sins; however they will also witness the work God is doing in your life. Completion doesn’t mean you’ve “arrived,” but it means yo...

Believe God Will Make A Way!

Trust In The LORD With All Your Heart; Do Not Depend On Your Own Understanding. Seek His Will In All You Do, And He Will Show You Which Path To Take ! (Proverbs 3:5-6 NLT) Most seek to understand during difficult times rather than seek the will or path God has purposed for their life. Life’s road may get uncomfortable, rocky, and uncertain or leave us feeling like we’re in a really dark place, but that’s the time we’re to turn on the light of God’s Word and trust Him more. Many desire the Holy Spirit’s guidance, but they don’t seek godly counsel or the Word of God. The Word of God and prayer are the tools the Spirit of God uses to guide us. I encourage you to seek God’s Word, pray, make this a daily practice, so you’re not just casually reading, but seek to know God and where the answers are. Even when life gets difficult or you find yourself in a valley or a dark place, you’ll know with certainty you have sought God’s guidance every step of the way and God will make a way! (Psalm 23) ...

“With Man This Is Impossible, But With God All Things Are Possible!" (Matthew 19:26 NIV)

Only Believe—Greater Is He That Is In You ! (1 John 4:4) When going through difficulty, it’s easy to focus totally on it. The more we focus on painful experiences; it eclipses everything else in our consciousness. It’s in the uncomfortable places, those places where it seems there’s no way out, that place where things seem unbearable or hopeless—the LORD Almighty strengthens us to overcome things we could never conquer in our own strength. Bad things do happen to good people, but God promises that He always allows circumstances for a purpose. (Romans 8:28) I encourage you to trust God is working to demonstrate His power in you through your trials—for your good and for His glory! "Pray all the time and never give up!" (Luke 18:1) "I will not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake or let you down! (Hebrews 13:5 Amp) ~ God Pray This Prayer With Me : Father, when I become blinded by my discomfort, please bring to my mind my You are with me to comfort me, strengthen...
