Declare Your Joy, “Restore to me the joy of Your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me!” (Job 22:28, Psalm 51:12)
This joy, as (Nehemiah 8:10) reminds us, is our strength. It's the inner fortitude that allows us to face adversity with hope and perseverance. It’s medicine for the soul, and the balm that heals and strengthens our spirits. It’s a joy that isn't dependent on circumstances, but rather flows from a deep connection with the Lord. (Proverbs 17:22) “If you keep My commandments and obey My teaching, you will remain in My Love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His Love.
