Only Believe—Greater Is He That Is In You! (1 John 4:4) When going through difficulty, it’s easy to focus totally on it. The more we focus on painful experiences; it eclipses everything else in our consciousness. It’s in the uncomfortable places, those places where it seems there’s no way out, that place where things seem unbearable or hopeless—the LORD Almighty strengthens us to overcome things we could never conquer in our own strength. Bad things do happen to good people, but God promises that He always allows circumstances for a purpose. (Romans 8:28) I encourage you to trust God is working to demonstrate His power in you through your trials—for your good and for His glory!
