Count It All Joy! (James 1:2)

My brothers and sisters, be very happy when you are tested in different ways. You know that such testing of your faith produces endurance. Endure until your testing is over. Then you will be mature and complete, and you won't need anything! (James 1:2-4 GWT)   James 1:1-13 not only teach us that the testing of our faith produces endurance and endurance produces abundance, but it also teaches—when life is hard, it’s for a purpose. Tests are events that demonstrate the genuineness of our faith in Christ and improve the quality of our spiritual life. Test and difficult times in the life of a Christian also are opportunities for God to reveal Himself as Jehovah Jireh, our provider, Jehovah Rapha, our healer, Jehovah Shamma, the LORD with us, Jehovah Gibbor, the LORD mighty in battle! I encourage you to be joyful no matter what you’re facing, be not weary in well doing; you will reap a harvest if you don’t give up—God promises to give you everything you could ever need and more! (Galati...

God Is Able!

… Through His Mighty Power At Work Within Us, To Accomplish Infinitely More Than We Might Ask Or Think ! (Ephesians 3:20) Many times God wants to reveal to us His supernatural power, but we can’t think or see beyond our immediate circumstances. How often have we been stuck in what’s going on around us, when the Lord is trying to take us to a greater dimension? Within us there is greater! (1 John 4:4) God desires to reveal Himself to us beyond what we can see and feel, rather than us limiting Him based on our circumstances. I encourage you to allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you, lead and guide you—see Him at work in your circumstance, He has promised to make Himself known to you! (Exodus 6:1-8)    "Nothing is too hard for Me!” (Jeremiah 32:27 GWT) ~God Pray This Prayer With Me: Father, as I seek Your Kingdom daily, my desire is that my eyes and my heart will be more tuned to hear Your voice. Help me to remain aware that the life You have given me goes beyond my phys...

Don’t You Worry About Anything, Pray About Everything!

God Has Everything Under Control ! Don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes! (Matthew 6:34 MSG) If we pondered the things we worried about in the past or the last couple of days, statistically less than 10% came to past. None of the worrying made the circumstances better or worse. The Bible says, “Give all your worries and cares to God, because He cares about you!” (1 Peter 5:7) Delays can be hard in this “microwave” society, but by committing each day to the Lord, in our spirit we’re saying, “God I trust You to go before me, to make my rough places smooth. (Isaiah 45:2) Knowing that God is in control should help us to remain steady in faith—regardless of our circumstances. We know this based on His Word that remains the same. God alone is fully aware of the circumstances needed in your life to make us strong.  I encourage you to fully commit yourself to His care, in doing so you will...

Only Believe—It’s Working In Your Favor & For Your Good! (Mark 5:36)

God Is Able To Make Every Grace Overflow To You, So That In Every Way, Always Having Everything You Need, You May Excel In Every Good Work! (2 Corinthians 9:8 HCSB) In Romans 8:28, “all things” means: through the bad times, the unpleasant, the evil, the persecution, the ugly—no matter the circumstance. God promises in His word He will work “all things” out for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose! I encourage you to continue standing in faith, believe God loves you and believe God’s plans are to prosper you and give you hope for your future! “I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for!” (Jeremiah 29:11) Pray This Prayer With Me : Father, thank You for every blessing of grace You have given to me and for the blessing of eternal life! As I continue to walk in my predestined places, I thank You for maturing my faith to believe and experience Your awesomenes...

Prayer Still Works!

From the beginning of time we were created to pray. Prayer gives us the ability to communicate with the all-powerful (omnipotent) God of this universe. Jesus teaches His disciples and He speaks to us today from Luke 18:1 HCSB when He says, “pray always and do not become discouraged:” In Philippians 4:6-7 NIV when He says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to Me. My peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus!” Lastly, in John 16:23-24 He says, “Whatever you ask the Father in My Name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.” God is pleased with simple, trusting prayer. Can He hear us? Yes. Is He listening? Yes. We may have the same issues to talk to Him about many times, even over the span of years. I encourage you to approach God's throne of grace with confidence, tell God ...

No Weapon That Is Formed Against You Shall Prosper! (Isaiah 54:17

The LORD Will Keep You From All Harm—He Will Watch Over Your Life ! (Psalm 121:7) “That’s right, the LORD sees all, knows all and He is watching over you! In Isaiah 54:16, God speaks to us when He says, “I created the blacksmith and all of the elements and tools used to create the weapon.” Although the weapon is being formed, fashioned, tailored for you, it won’t prosper and it won’t work! Anything created, or fired against you, aimed at you, your family members, God’s Kingdom or God’s people will not succeed. Although your enemy may have come in like a flood and it seems like they’re winning—due to affliction, disparity, financial difficulty, persecution, even in these tragedies—God’s plan will prosper those who are truly His! (Romans 8:28, Jeremiah 29:11) You may wonder, when will this happen? I encourage you to believe the Word of the LORD in the scripture below:  “In this world you have tribulation, trials, distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage]! I have...

Don't Lose Your Confidence! It Will Bring You Great Reward! (Hebrews 10:35)

Confidence is trusting in God based on experience. Experience is knowledge of what you know God can do. Christians who are new in their faith might find it difficult to trust God because they have less knowledge of Him and they have spent less time with Him. Those who have been in the race a little longer following Christ have knowledge of what God can do and how He always comes through, even when there is delay. Wherever you are in your Christian walk, even if there is a delay in healing, I encourage you to believe—our God is a healer! (Isaiah 53:5) If there is a delay in finances—our God is a God of more than just enough! (2 Corinthians 9:8) If there is a delay of joy—weeping may endure for a moment, but joy is coming! (Psalms 30:5)   Being a Christian is not the easiest life, but it’s the best life—our delay of a blessing does not mean denial of a blessing! (Galatians 6:9) I encourage you to continue daily confessions until God moves on your behalf in a supernatural and miraculo...
